1868 Pasteur Champagne

The world’s most widely used champagne yeast. Ferments fast with a neutral flavor profile. It has a wide temperature range and a high alcohol tolerance. Can be used in Brut IPA, cider, seltzer, champagne, and other styles where dry finish is desired. It can also be used to help restart a stuck fermentations, or for bottle conditioning.
