B-62 Belgian Ale II

A classic Belgian ale yeast sourced from Rochefort, Belgium. Produces a distinctive solvent flavor from ethanol production, and is slightly fruity with a dry finish. An excellent choice for Belgian dark strong and brown ales. Can also be used for American barleywine.
