BSI-920 German Lager 5

A unique German lager yeast from Bavaria. Lower than average attenuation allows this strain to finishes malty, with a minimal but present ester profile, and a full mouthfeel.. This yeast is best suited for bock, Oktoberfest, and other dark lagers.
