Norwegian Farmhouse ll

Hornindal kveik. A Norwegian farmhouse ale yeast from Grodås, Norway. Ferments fast and clean at very high temperatures, even up to 90°F. It can produce fruity and tropical esters that pair well with hop forward beer styles. No phenolics, fusels, or sulfur produced. Perfect for IPAs, pale ales, and hop forward American styles.
