BSI-28 Scottish Ale

A popular Scottish ale strain from Edinburgh. It produces a soft, complex, fruity ester profile found in many scotch ales. It’s 8-12% alcohol tolerance can be used to make higher gravity scotch ales and barleywine. It can produce a cleaner flavor profile at the lower end of the termprature range to produce lower gravity styles of shilling beer.
