Dear BSI Customers, during the COVID-19 pandemic BSI will be operating as normal and will be able to meet your yeast needs on our usual production timelines. If disruptions do occur with our shipping carriers or the State of Colorado mandates our business to shut down, we will post an update here and contact any brewers with current orders in process. With proper storage, current yeast orders can easily be delayed and stored for up to two weeks without issue. If you need to cancel your order we are relaxing our cancellation policy. Effective the week of 5/18, BSI is resuming its normal shipping schedule; Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. We look forward to serving you.
