INSTRUCTIONS – NEW BSI CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SETUP
You will need to set up new BSI customer account and provide payment info before we can process your order. To set up new BSI customer account call 719-482-4895 x 7. Credit card information will be required at the time of set up. We accept all major credit cards, check, e-check and ACH deposits. First three orders will need to be paid for up front. Thereafter, we can bill you on a Net 30-day cycle, per your request.

ORDERING: WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
BE PREPARED! – Brewers should always receive their yeast at least one day before brew day. Never mash in without your yeast culture in hand unless you have back up yeast available. We will provide you with a “Peace of Mind” packet (includes a wort charge, media plate and instructions on how to keep your yeast healthy until you brew.)
HOW MUCH YEAST DO I ORDER? – The amount of yeast you will need to pitch will depend on the type of yeast (ales vs. lagers), the original gravity and special factors (sugar type, etc.) If you are unsure how much yeast to order, please call our Tech Support Specialists to discuss. It’s never a good idea to guess.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER? – Orders should be placed at least 7 to 10 days before you’re scheduled to brew based on the growth and transit time. Wild yeast strains or larger orders take longer. Contact BSI for details.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? – Orders ship Monday through Thursday priority overnight via Fed Ex or UPS depending on your region and/or preference. We do not ship orders on Friday for Monday delivery.
ORDER CONFIRMATION – After your online order has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation. If we have any questions or cannot meet your requested turn-around time, we will call you.
