S-26 Farmhouse Ale

A classic farmhouse ale yeast that produces complex esters balanced with earthy and spicy notes. Slightly tart and dry on the palate, with a peppery finish. A perfect strain for farmhouse and saison ales. Very high alcohol tolerance and attenuation. It can be blended with other strains, like S-24 Saison, to create a truly complex and unique saison.
