BSI-838 German Lager 4

A German lager yeast that creates a malty and balanced lager flavor and aroma. This robust strain ferments and flocculates reliably. May produce sulphur and slight diacetyl during fermentation, and will benefit from a diacetyl rest and conditioning. This yeast is a solid choice for a wide range of German beer styles.
