BSI-99 Tom Hardy Ale

An English strain known for its ability to perform high gravity / high alcohol fermentations. Can ferment ales with ABV of 20%+ with proper techniques. Ester profile is fruity in nature, with more esters being created in high gravity beers. Well suited for high gravity stouts and IPAs.
