Voss Kveik

Voss Kveik is a traditional Norwegian farmhouse strain. It produces a bright citrus fruitiness that works well with citrus forward American hops. This yeast strain can ferment beyond 90°F, and remains fairly clean throughout the temperature range. At higher temps the flavor profile can intensify and a slight spice may be present. This kveik strain is a great choice for American IPA and pale ales.
