BSI-8 American Ale 2

A popular strain for making American East Coast ales or for putting an American twist on classic European beer styles. While it can produce some esters, it will remain mostly clean and have a similar flavor profile to A-56. The lower attenuation results in slightly more body but it can be used in hop-forward beers with excellent results.
