BSI-960 Bavarian Bock

A traditional German lager yeast sourced from Bavaria. This strain ferments strong with high attenuation and low diacetyl production. Flavor profile is balanced with light esters and a slight sulfur note. Well suited for higher gravity bock and doppelbock up to 16-17° plato.
