BSI-980 Bavarian Dunkel

A classic German lager yeast sourced from Bavaria. Produces a clean and neutral flavor profile that can allow malt and hop profiles to shine. Low diacetyl and sulfur production. Slightly increased higher alcohols possible. A great choice for dunkel and other Bavarian dark lager styles.
