From a historic brewery in Burton Upon Trent, this classic pub ale yeast produces a rich minerally profile, with a bold, woody, and crisp character. High attenuation and 11% alcohol tolerance allow this strain to be used in some higher gravity English styles. Best suited for stout ales and British pale ales.
