A-84 Irish Ale

An ale yeast with a clean, smooth, and full-bodied flavor profile. Increased ester production at higher fermentation temps. Slight diacetyl and fruitiness. Best suited for dark beers like stout and porter. A good choice for amber and scotch ales.
