A-65 Kolsch

A top-cropping ale yeast from Köln, Germany. This yeast strain develops excellent maltiness, subdued fruitiness, and a crisp finish. Ferments clean with very low diacetyl production, and an almost lager-like ale. Very versatile temperature range. A perfect choice for German Kolsch, and can be used for altbier as well.
