Oslo Kveik

Oslo Kveik is a traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast from Oslo, Norway. This yeast ferments clean and can produce an almost lager-like ale quickly. At the higher end of its temperature range it can produce fruity esters with some floral notes. This versatile yeast strain can be used for a wide variety of beer styles where a clean fermentation profile and quick fermentation times are needed.
