Andechs Weizen

A classic German weizen strain from the famous brewery in Herrsching. Produces a rich and spicy weizen character, with plenty of clove, vanilla, and banana notes. A great choice for weiss, weizenbock, and American wheat ales. Low pitch rates and low oxygenation can accentuate ester profile.
