BSI-410 Belgian White Ale 2

A unique Belgian witbier ale yeast with a more spicy and phenolic profile than that of BSI-400. Finishes tart and dry, with a medium attenuation that leaves a bit of residual sugar compared to other wit strains. A great choice for Belgian wit and table beers with character.
