B-42 Essens Wheat

A distinctive Belgian ale strain with some ester production and very low phenols. This strain can handle ABV up to 12%. Aromas of apple and plum pair well with hops and malt and the dry, slightly tart finish work great for witbier, Belgian White IPA, or tripel.
