A-07 German Ale

From Germany, this top-cropping ale yeast ferments dry and crisp, leaving a complex yet mild flavor. Low ester production at lower temps, but can produce a bit of fruitiness on the higher end of the temperature range. Very clean with very little, if any, diacetyl. A great choice for American fruit or wheat ales, and German alt or kolsch ales.
