Norwegian Farmhouse l

Muri Kveik. A Norwegian farmhouse strain from Olden, Norway with a mysterious past. Rumored to be a hybrid of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces uvarum and not a true kveik strain. Unlike other kveik strains, it can produce phenolic fermentations and ferment longer chain sugars with a high attenuation.
